Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

Where we ship from and delivery times

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Each product page shows that item's delivery estimate in business days. Estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occur, especially during the holiday season.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimate on the product page, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help — including a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs changing; we can't redirect an order once it has shipped.
